Art Trade withI felt really rushed with this one.
Please no one rush me with theirs, i'm just making myself so sick with worry that it won't be good enough ontop of my summer cold.

Hey can I ask you a question? How do you do her mane like that? I know how to make the effect, but it always come out different

Well since I use Paint Tool SAI I do the hair on two layers. The first layer I set to a lower opacity and then use light blue. I then do the light blue part of the mane then use the blur tool to fuzz the edges. Then on the next layer I do the darker blue area with no opacity and blur the edges of it too
Usually I do the hair behind all the other coloured layers so it doesn't interfere with her body/head/wings
