Is the gun meant to resemble an AK-47? Because other than the sight and the silencer which are both american the rifle really resembles a AK-47.

yeah at the time I made I made that comment I hadn't played fallout 3. So I hadn't known about the chinese assault rifles which apppear to be a AK-47, AN-94 Hybrid of sorts. It also does have aspects of the infiltrator mixed into it. Finally the zebra pattern strongly resembles this -> [link]

I like the magic effects. The Rifle doesn't look right though. It looks like one from out world, instead of a mouth operated one like in Fallout Equestria.

Well Pony jaws have to be tough, they hold things in their mouths half the time. Like remember Sweetie Belle holding a bag with a bowling ball in her mouth? That must have been pretty heavy. A Pony's head and mouth pretty much acts like the human hand, ergo it needs to be strong and tough. Firing a mouth operated weapon wouldn't be too hard, unless it's something that's got real kickback/Recoil, like Trottenheimer's Folly, a shotgun or a powerful revolver.
Plus they were fighting the war for 20 years, they had plenty of time to make weapons comfortable and easy to use

Also if you get a chance, check out FO:E and some of it's excellent Side Stories, like Project Horizons, Pink Eyes, New Beginnings & Guise of Chaos. They're really engaging and enjoyable stories with excellent characters
