I'm pretty sure I've asked like 1,000 times before, but do you do the lighting effect in SAI? And is it just messing with the opacity settings? Because I tried that in PS (I tried it recently on the Theresa-berry eyes and lantern) but I don't get the vibrance that you always get!!

I do indeed do the lighting effects on sai. Usually when I want to make a glow I make a screen layer and use the soft airbrush around the area I want to glow, extend it past the lines a bit then go over it with the blur tool.

Well, he's a very beautiful random dragon. C: I love the lighting effects doing on, especially the light from his eye bouncing of his nosetril and his lips and such. Very pretty.
