(EDIT): BY THE WAY, GUYS. This was drawn AND submitted WAY before notch even MADE it so you could see drips before you mined into water or lava.Ok?

I actually absolutely adore everything about Minecraft but there are some things that irk me sometimes
Number 1.
Mining into water.
Not that it's hard to grab a spare block and plug up the leak and keep going once the water's receded but omfg!! You get washed away first and moving in water is slowwwww lol!

I hate mining into sand and finding out there's more above it, then getting killed by all the falling sand.

yea i hate when that happens i just start spaming down what ever block of (dirt/rock w/e) i have to baracade it, then find the block creating the water and plug it for good.

happened to me today. Thanks to it I found five diamonds.

..then I fell from my ladder on the way back to my base, and I was looking for my stuff and I could not find my diamonds and I was like NO SHIT NO FUCK SHIT FUCK FUUUCK. Then I realised I reclaimed them without noticing.

I've actually started to build my settlement really close to the spawing point....to prevent that....

Mining through the center of the earth with having unlimited health....
happened to me not 2 minuets ago.

Number 3: Mining diamonds, only to notice they have lava behind them and get destroyed.
I always mine around the diamonds, just to make sure there's no sneaky lava around.

Imagine being killed by a creeper that causes and explosion and breaks the rock that was holding back the lava which then destroys everything.

XD I remember that happening to me when they had a free survival mode for the browser and when they had problems with the site so they gave people a free copy until stuff got sorted.
But i wonder, have you ever been flushed by the water followed by three creepers and then falling into your deep lava trap you made to protect your underground entrance?

Only if you hit a source block. I think if you hit just lava a trickle you get rough stone.
