Did I mention that I totally flipped the fuck out when my sister said she hated Prussia? I was like, "WHAT HOW COULD YOU I FUCKING LOVE HIM."
She's more of an England fan.

Anyways. Layers. Many of them. and lots of lighting effects. and I can't draw guns, if you hadn't noticed, but I'm pretty sure the rest of the picture kinda takes the attention off that fact.
