I was going for a guy sitting on my chest with his feet on my face outside.========================================================
Well its my first attempt so thats that....
lol its good for something... some laughs

Lol, I need a better way to draw than my computer. So funny story one day out of the blue I was like I should try drawing something with a pencil (BTW I never draw or even doodle) and what came out was so freaky. I will send it to you in a note (if I can)

Drawing on the computer with a mouse is very difficult. I suck at it. I draw better by hand, with pencils and things like that, on real paper. Then I will scan it into the computer and clean up the lines and resize it as needed, but I never just sit here and try to draw on the computer. The result is a ghastly mess that looks like a schizophrenic nun on rollerskates was trying to draw on an Etch-A-Sketch while speeding down a hill being chased by a walrus.
I think it would be entertaining to see something you actually tried to draw with a real pencil.Β Being freaky can be entertaining.

But ya I was talking to oratoe about it and we were saying like, whoever can draw on a computer is amazing. I think I may see if I can start doodling and try to improve my drawing skills. Or I could find pictures then and words onto them... Hm now I want to work on my gallery.

hehehe, I'm glad you enjoyed that. I thought it was fitting. On the subject of people drawing using a computer, one thing that a lot of people do is trace photos on the computer. That's easier than just freehand drawing a character... especially with a mouse. Now, if you have some kind of fancy tablet with a stylus, I can imagine it would be easier. I'm pretty old school though, when it comes to my drawing. The animation and comics I do with the computer, of course, that's different. Not drawing at all, just learning how to use various software. I never really thought I was very good at drawing realistic people anyway. My characters when I do draw them by hand always have a cartoony look about them. I don't do anime type drawing either. Everyone has their own way of doing stuff.Β

I thought about doing what you do with the animation. How would I go about learning to do that. I mean I would probably just teach myself, but do you have a recommendation for software?

I would suggest DAZ Studio, for that is what I use for my still pictures, and the animation too. The software is free to download at www.daz3d.com.Β Β It comes with a few basic figures and clothing items to get someone started.Β Naturally they sell extra content like different hair, characters, clothes, props, etc.Β The software may seem complex at first, but anyone who wants to figure out how to use it can, by dedicating time to it. I knew nothing about it whatsoever when I first started trying to use it, but like any other complicated thing you just figure out one part at a time and slowly build on that.Β Β And I could answer questions for you about how to get started using it if you get baffled by how to do things. Let me tell you, I was certainly baffled at first. After using it for a month I was pretty much understanding how to load figures, save them, put clothes on them, change their poses, move things around, etc.

Yes, I encourage anybody to try it. It's free after all ( to get started at least ). And don't hesitate to ask me any sort of question about it. Like many software packages, it appears complex at first because there are so many tabs and controls. Well, it doesn't just APPEAR complex, it IS complex. But you don't need to master everything all at once to be able to start doing something useful with it. Let me know if you decide to try this!

lol no I am the guy on the bottom. I have never ever drawn before really even with pen and paper so this was my first shot. Kinda funny isn't it?
