I don't know who to explain!!! DX ...... ummmmmmmm If you go to file, right under "save as" there's "save for web", and there's an option to animate, so you click that. There's alittle icon that's the world with a question mark on it and you click that to view your animation. Though, every movement and color and whatnot has to be on one layer each. And it works better with smaller files.
