This is one of the most cryptic of all Altman's entries, and many Church scholars are still perplexed by it to this day.
The beings depicted have been dubbed the "Heralds" as they are believed to herald the coming of the Marker.
Among the things the Black Marker showed Altman, were images of the past, and of things which even it fears . . .
