So I watched Magical Girl Raising Project a while back and Nemurin was my favorite character BY FAR (Following that would be Top Speed, the precious bab)I have been meaning to draw a picture of her for a while (I watched the show back at Christmas time, lol), but only just now got around to doing it.
She is such a cutie!

well, the how is REALLY good - it's an anime, and these characters are given the ability to become magical girls. They get points called "Candy" for every good deed they do. Well, suddenly the person in charge decides there are too many magical girls, so they have a contest - the person with the least candy each week will no longer be a magical girl (and also die) until they get down to the appropriate number of girls. You know what else? There are no rules against stealing other girls' candy points, or killing them for the said points
so chaos ensues
