The splashes in the background look pretty crappy for a wallpaper of this color theme. The deviantART logo looks like it's been cut a 1 or 2 pixel-high line from the bottom which is pretty crappy. The stars' radius is too big and it looks fat, and like you've been using fireworks, inserted a star and didn't even bother to fix it. Maybe it's cool that the left quotation mark is larger than the right quotation mark, but the x-y scale of it is pretty crap, because the height is too large for the width (looks vertically stretched ), and add that the enlarged logo in the background has a margin that is too little (too close to the edge/border of the wallpaper).
I hope you would improve that, because deviantART is a good community and deserves good stuff.
