Here is the tutorial I submitted as part of my entry to the last round of Arda Wigs' Iron Wig competition.I'm explaining how I made the forelocks in my candy wig, and giving a few tips to cosplayers who want to make similar flexible forelocks.
This was the first tutorial I ever made, and I feared it wouldn't be clear enough, English not being my first language and all xD But I'm pretty satisfied with it
