Bio:
Phoenix a bit of a mothers boy, but does indeed love gaming. And by gaming no, we do not mean video games (though he enjoys those too) but RP games such as Dungeons and Dragons or Villains and Vigilantes, as introduced to him by his father.
As all draconeques represent something, (Discord represents Chaos), Phoenix represents prophecy and future. He has the ability to see many different paths and outcomes all with different likabilities. Occasionally, he will speak a prophecy when there is a future for somepony to unfold. Unfortunately, he cannot determine a prophecy for himself and can only see things in the near and semi near future. Occasionally though, he will try not to look into the future, as he does love a good surprise.
While Celestia had overruled the responsibility if raising the stars (to Luna's displeasure ((Stars are all suns though as Celestia's says))) She decided to allow Phoenix to inherit the responsibility, though she does have to do it often times when he forgets.
