MILOTIC
Another plush on the 'I'd love to try this out some day list". Also another one almost entirely hand sewn because I've been working at the desk. It was great because doing the scales was really time consuming 
So I'm thinking about making stock of milotic for Artist Alleys, this form and maybe as some chibis! What do you think? Do you like her?

Well I'm just having trouble with eyes, and making patterns, and I'm kinda limited with materials, all I can find around where I live is just felt, and sometimes the colors are limited too Lol I've been looking at tutorials around here

Do you have a Walmart that sells fabric around you? Or perhaps a Joanne's fabric store? You would be able to buy fleece at both which is a great fabric to start out with! As to eyes and patterns I could deffinetly provide a few tips and tricks

Maybe include just a little more of a yellow body (enough so that the yellow and blue parts are of equal lengths) and then she will be perfect
