This photo is absolutely beautiful!
Usually when I see photo's or paintings w/ something going on the bottom of it (like the lights/ sparkles on your photo) my eye tends to split it in half, into two different photo's or paintings. But with yous it doesn't! =]

Beautiful work here. If you had pushed the Dynamic Range any further, it would have failed, but you succeeded in getting it just right.
This is where the creativity comes in. Your use of the color cast, high dynamic range, exquisite detail and focus, the lens flares, and most of all, the crop to composition, all came together to make this a winning photo.
This is my favorite piece of yours. This is where you do your best, where you apply your imagination and creative spirit to your photography.
There are millions of photographers around. What seperates you from others is your creative interpretation. Creative and imaginative work will catch the eye of people better than beauty.
