She's very pretty. I like the tone of her skin and how you shaded her. Plus her outfit is very cute. Nice work.
However, I hope you don't mind me saying it but I find the "frame" slightly distracting. But that's probably just me

I think those weird line things you put on the pic kind of distract from the art quality and ruin it a little bit. You should get rid of um. Othre than that this is gorgeous!
