Actually no, the last one is not one of the unanswered questions because we all know what was the answer to that one. Hambergers in that universe taste like rubber, and is lethal to humans and ponies.

"What is Doctor Whooves backstory?" = Like The Doctor's, but in pony form, and modified to fit Equestrian mithology.
"How many parraell universes are there in the multiverse and how many are them are created by a Doctor Whooves during one of his time travel adventures?" = Infinite parallel universes, Doctor Whooves' TARDIS actually creates an alternate universe for each non-TLord who has been in it, named "(first name)'s World".
"Who is the child of Shining Armor and Cadance?" = Princess Skyla from the toyline, and possibly also StarDreams from the same.
"What was the cause of Derpy's derpy eye?" = Genetics.
"How can anypony in the world of equestria read when printed text does not exist?" = There is printed text in Equestria, just real few. Ponies who cannot read use magic or are helped by an unicorn.
"Who were applejack's parents and how did they die?" = They were apple farmers and died in an apple-related accident shortly after Applebloom was born.
"What was the cause of Snowdrop's blindness?" = Still genetics, propably related to her albinism.
"What are the CMC's cutie marks?" = For Sweetie Belle, it's a double-note with the "dots" matching her sis' diamond CM, Scootaloo has a stylized butterfly that looks like a bolt, and Applebloom propably an apple-shaped paint-palette.
"In Double Rainboom, Did Rainbow Dash go back in time or go into a parallel universe populated by the Power Puff Girls? And if the former option, how did that work?" = Just a dimension before\above the one the Ponies inhabit. If she had chugged all of the potion, she would have ended up meeting Dexter and DeeDee.
"What was in that glowing briefcase in Pulp fiction" = Money? And other things you can find in a briefcase? Since it was Pulp Fiction and not Pete & Pete or whatever that show is called (it has 2 blond brothers both named Pete Tyler? And maybe a female friend inbetween their ages that has a love triangle with the brothers?) it would not be a Pokemon Poop-Brown Version cartridge.

These are not cannon answers. They're fan made. Everyone has their one point of view to these questions and they may disagree. So these aren't actually "answers."

Yeah most of these things are mostly explained by: 1): It's just pony fanon, 2): It's a cartoon and logic does not apply, 3): They're things who would happen in the future. And for the others, well Pulp Fiction is not even MLP-related and\or in the same universe. And AJ's parents are just HEAVILY IMPLIED to be dead.

Yes, in fact it's more like they did not want to put parents for the 3 Apple Siblings.
More than likely, Granny Smith is not a grandmother (she just happens to be named Granny) and technically is not even old enough to have grown grandkids. Her "Old" appearance has more to do with "Talent\Destiny" than anything, with a side dash of Zap Apple farming.Β
Big Mac, Applejack, and Apple Bloom, were all brought to her via a stork. (Some ponies are brought via a stork, some are born naturally the mammalian way, some come from the mirror pond, and others are born in other ways.)

By the way... I kinda started designing an Irish/Leprechaun/St. Patrick's day themed OC (Before I saw Exo) and she looks like her a little, because, well you'd expect an Irish pony being White-Orange-Green... Her cutiemark is a clover too.. I was thinking of publishing her in a couple of days... I really hope you don't mind it... I'll take her down if you want to...Β
