Jack is the actual personification of the being within SCP-087-B while Vincent is like sort of an oddball hyrbrid that has the attributes of 2 different SCPs (SCP-106 and SCP-087-B-1).
While nothing truly strange happens when Jack appears, the whole hallway turns to brick when Vincent appears; Vincent emerges from the ground like SCP-106, unlike Jack.
Jack was the result of boredom and was inspired by SCP-087-B, but Vincent actually came to me in a rather interesting dream... not a nightmare. >I3
