It did turn out 'kinda nice' to use your own words. I love the colors you use!
You could improve it in small ways, however. Slow down! I'm not sure whether this would require more interim frames (which would suck, because you'd have to draw them) or just showing them for longer. If you were to add frames, then I would suggest adding more mid-day ones. The sun doesn't just go up, stop, and go back down, it goes up, over, and then down the other side. To show that, you want to make it go higher at a slower and slower pace. That way, it doesn't look like it has to run back into the ocean because it forgot its teddy bear as it leaves.
But on the whole, it's amazin!

Yeah, that's a problem for me.
Basically, I make some of my animations on a very, very old computer. This causes the animation to run way slower. So, when I preview it, it seems like a good speed. When I get home and I look at it on my laptop...
