GOD! I hate doing backgrounds! There's got to be an easier, quicker way to do this! Now I remember why I never bothered with them in my MGE comics. Anyway...

Oh man. Earth Defense Force. That just might be my new favorite game series! The complete insanity of the games is just perfect for me! Defending earth from aliens B-movie style is so much fun! I went ahead and bought EDF4.1, EDF5 and EDF Iron Rain. AND I LOVE THEM ALL! Iron Rain may not have the exact insanity level of the last two, due to trying to be more "gritty" or "realistic" (in comparison anyway), but getting to create my character as me is satisfying! I do have one problem with the game though. ...Giant. Spiders. Swarms of them. I was fine with the giant ants and wasps, but spider? Nooooooooo thank you! do, however, rush them if they're hurting a wing diver girl though. Gotta defend the waifus after all.
What's Earth Defense Force you say? Well just imagine if the aliens from Pacific Rim, Starship Troopers, Independence Day and War of the Worlds all banded together to attack earth at once. And you're a simple trooper trying to survive the chaos of the most complicated alien invasion ever conceived. And when the aliens' Kaiju start attacking, you just have to try not to get stepped on until a later mission when Earth figures out how to make a Jaeger for you to pilot. THEN, things get really awesome! You turn on the Pacific Rim theme (or Megas XLR theme in my case), and tear the city apart in your epic kaiju punch-out!

Anyway, after seeing the invading force of the Primers in EDF5 consists of giant frogs, My mind immediately cut to "Hey! Those exist! Time to monstergirl-ize!" Seriously though, if aliens invaded and they turned out to be giant, attractive monstergirls, I'd probably bow to my new alien overlords within minutes. I can't take up arms against pretty monstergirls. And if mucus toads are the aliens here, I can only assume the giant ants, wasps and spiders have all been monstergirl-ized too. The earth never stood a chance.
