"Remind me, Victory. How long have you been interested in Belladonna?" Shining Armor asked curiously.

Victor chose his next words carefully. "A few months, sir. She is a very good looking, very smart and she's everything I've been looking for in a partner...sir." It was a good idea not to piss off the Captain of the Crystal Guards who was also the fucking Crystal King.

"Good answer, son." Shining smiled and dipped his head approvingly. Belladonna, his pride and joy and his only daughter, deserved a caring partner who would do their best to support a relationship. Donna had a history of bringing home the wrong ponies who looked solely for the fame and fortune that tied to being royalty. With Victor, someone who already had his name in the papers, Shining figured he wouldn't be looking for more fame. But who knew?

Shining Armor stopped them both to look him in his nervous eyes. Victor swallowed.

"However, If you touch a hair on my daughter's head, or so help me leave a mark on her body, I will do anything you do to her, to you."

The thought of being fucked by his girlfriend's father was as threatening as it was disturbing. Victory gave a stiff nod in response. "Yes, sir."

Shining isn't an entitled parent or treats his daughter like a complete princess, but he wants the best for her like any father. Bella did however grow up entitled and privileged and Victory liked the challenge of a girlfriend who stood her ground and Donna put up a fight and made sure Victor worked for her hand in dating, which was a delightful new surprise. He's the only one who can really get her to be polite and less bitchy, besides Shining.

Cadence, aside from her royalty duties, likes to believe that she's the hip and cool mom. Sometimes (not often) she lets Donna get away with things if she thinks it'll strengthen the bond between her and her daughter.
