I was trying to do something that was in the shadows. I wanted him to be coming out of the dark, but I still think it came out too lit. This always puzzles me about what I want from horror. I like the creepiness of the shadows. It definitely makes things more scary. But at the same time, I want to be able to see the monsters. What do you think? Is it better to have the monsters in the shadows, or fleshed out in the light? I could have done the werewolf in a darkened room where only his eyes, snout, and maybe front paws were coming out of the shadows. It might have been scarier. I don't know. I'll have to play around.
