Cindy had warned Foster Jones that there was something lurking out by his cabin last night. She even showed him the footprints by his fence. But the veteran farmer wasn't having none of it. He didn't believe in superstitious monsters, no matter how real they might seem. There is always a simple explanation, he would say.

Cindy became frustrated and eventually went home.

It was then that Foster Jones realized that he needed to get himself some better chains that would restrain him for the next full moon. If Cindy went missing, there would be just too many questions.
