I modified the expression of her eyes.Β*Previous Version V.1.1

My mom told me that you're not suppose to wear a necklace on a Hanbok.
So I decided to erase the necklace on my drawing.
I also fixed the eye shape because it seemed too sharp.
Does it look better now?

This does look very nice without the necklace (even though before it wasn't too bad, but it was just there.) The coloring is pretty nice, (I'd suggest bringing down the saturation of it a bit) The shading seems lightly different but still notably nice (props to you on that.)
I can't really say much more about it but small details I can note
PROS
*No white specs left near the lines.
*Skin, eyes, and lips are nicely colored and don't clash with the clothes
*Effort was greatly put into this drawing.
CONS
*The background needs a bit more attention ( But I think its good now, just a bit of room of improvement, I'm working on my backgrounds now.)
*The lines look a bit too sharp in some places.
That's all I have to say for this piece.

May I ask a translation about what you wrote on this drawing?
I like it very much; I think it's almost perfect; maybe, but it's a personal thought, I made hands bigger... but it still remains one of the sweetest thing I ever seen.
And, well, if someone will call it "kimono" again, I'll correct it: "Hanbok"!
I also see that you changed some colors, from pink to blue. I like blue more than pink 
(You know, it's too easy: Indians women wear sari, Italians are all opera singers... and so on

Such great details! I love the soft tones you used.Β I like all the versions and honestly I only saw minimal differences (but I understand that when it's your own work you the differences much more clearly 
The necklace is pretty on version v.1.0 but without it she's still beautiful.Β
v.1.1 is lovely too and I see her eyes...the submitted version appears more 'shy and reserved'...which seems to fit her pose and the Hanbok better.

Beautiful artwork, Cerulea-Blue! If this artwork was on the right size, and the background had a clearer texture, it would be a perfect cellphone wallpaper.
Honestly, I preffer the version she wears the necklace.
