attitude: He is a harsh leader who is able to put on a calm a caring front for the public. He is very cynical and hates to dirty his hands. preferring to send Zero to do the work for him. He believes unwaveringly in his cause and wont stop until all Pokemon have been "cured".
Reason for joining: His son left on his Pokemon journey and didn't come back home (probably to get away from his overbearing and strict father)

EDIT: ok for people who keep asking how he battles with pokemon even though he hates them its the same as how team plasma did when they said they hated treating pokemon that way. they justify it by sending them to duana to be brainwashed and "cured" of the evil. but essentially it does nothing but they believe it does. i based it on the group who think then can cure homosexuality, bottom line is you cant but they keep trying.
