Beautiful - very nice indeed! I could almost see her being evolved in a similar if not the same as milotic.
It hits many of the same notes as milotic, but is definitely it's own pokemon - love it.

it's so amazing! i love the big "butt" on the back and i love the monotone colors and the "hair" it's such a great combination of mermaid/seahorse/sea dragon!
