With doop basically evoling into a magical girl, I though tit would be fitting to create a counterpart that would serve as the villain. SO Scandarazzi (scandal and paparazzi) is essentially Doop's Queen Beryl. What better way to proress this line than an eavesdropper -> mean girl -> Wicked witch queen?
