I agree, Celcia is a hero! She has saved Halloween. Despite halloween not being trouble at all. But still I had no costume for Halloween, so I need to do is:
Step one:Find a portal, dimensional gate, rift or some means to travel to thier universe.
Step two: Try my best to find out where I am in thier universe and hope I am in correct verse and region if not nearby area of these events.
Step three: Find the mad university.
Step four: (easiest step) Allow myself to be transformed. (Hopefully into male dragon or male reptilian)
Step five: Find my way back my home universe.
Step six: Pray that laws of physics of my universe does not somehow cancel out my transform or horrible/quickly die.
Step seven: Enjoy having best costume in the whole world.
Step eight: Do everything in my power to help the fox twins and Celcia infect ......  I mean help those who wish to be any other species they want for the betterment of humanity. As I try my best to keep the doorway to the other world open and secret. 

I know simple. So simple. *about to cry from sheer impossibility*
