I predict that Mark is innocent and that someone else stole control of his satellite. Probably the foxtaur twins, I'm guessing? Though it could be any of the mad scientists besides Celia and Mark.

Well, for one, he ran away in fear. Two, the hack was traced back to the water tower, where he lives. And this trace was done by some competent IT guy, not the MIB themselves. So either the foxtaur twins are hiding in the basement, or Mark is responsible.

We're assuming he ran away in fear. It could be that he just wanted to spend time with a friend, and that they traced him through the satellite's ID of who owned it...and to protect themselves, the foxtaur twins could have hacked it but left the ID of ownership as Mark to prevent themselves from being traced.

No. It wasn't a trace through the satellite's ID. If you read back, they were tracing a hack, which was different from the satellite, and it lead back to the tower.

Mind you, we did see Mark use his Γbernerd powers to leave a difficult situation before.
Also, the fox twins? Hacking? The only thing they know how to hack is the genome, which is actually really impressive, but not much use in IT.
