I've always wondered how several different artist with varied art styles could ever combine them in one pic consistently with each other and the background itself. Seems pretty talentful and time consuming assuming you all live in different parts in the world from each other.

We started with a sort of Chhose-Your-Own-Character sheet, with extremely rough filling characters in different poses. I made a background image and overlaid the sheet so that we could then synchronize the picture and all.
Alternatively I could make a big secret of it and pretend it was talent but no it was organization
