He is Ubiquitor 's OC Haru Hosho.

haha so I drew a shota merman...
but I really like him, his design reminds me of the mermaid in Mermaid Melody.
I really like the series, I even have all the comic book...

and so, the theme for this is captive, so I drew him trapped/tangled in thorns...
I hope his little friend can save him...
