The Baby and Child form are from an Official App for Digimon, so is like they are officials, but maybe Toei/Bandai change in the future. The thing is, Meicoomon is like Tailmon (look at their digitama), so probably Meicoomon's baby and child are like Nyaromon and Plotmon, but with some differences.

the baby and rookie don't, but  the other's are Meicoomon > Meicrackmon (normal and vicious) > Razielmon

Normal Ultimate (the one you see here) is Raisel.mon the other one featured in the TRI movie is Raguel.mon

as far as I know, the Baby and Child level are just variants of Nyaro.mon and Plot.mon
