It's an atlas moth! Had to do an insect project for school and wanted to do this moth. My friends help find it.

I did fine.It was really easy.I did use it as a reference to do a quick sketch of it. I may use it's wings for a furure character,but I dunno yet.Let you know if I do!

haha i know! I was actually photographing a butterfly that was lower on the tree and when I finished, I looked up and saw this guy inches from my head. I'd be lying if I didn't say I was frightened.
