Description an MS Paint Tutorial. scrapped because I think I'll improve this sometime. yes, it's dumb. I have a lot of critique for it myself. xD

another tip, though: your work would be best saved as .PNG as it is compatible with most sites rather than .BMP, and it saves image quality.

I'm starting to love how easy I could do lineart on there. I should go look for lineart tutorials on SAI though, I barely use the program. (:
