and, haha~ <3 yea, when i did the screenshot meme & put nekomimi on Minato,
it was sooo cute so i just put it on him... (aa- but he doesn't normally hav them tho..)

Okay! Umm, first of all, plz forgive me for my bad English-- Actually not just for the coloring tho-- Ehh, are those blue highlights-- Uhh, does Minato really have them? Uhh, if he does, then-- I recommend you to use a layer with "Multiply" effect (you should put the layer above all the hair layers) to do the shading ;w;
And for the hair...lineart, yeah-- Umm, I guess you should draw the hair more... "Round"? I mean like-- Following the head's shape... Oh, like your newest commish drawing, yeah like that-- Sorry, I'm so bad at explaining things.... And-- Hope it helped you-- /runs away/
Oh, transparent BG huh-- I think it could be done...only in the newest version of SAI-- Ver. 1.1.0. I guess?
