(Lol, a "pun" on pancake. It's a cake by fans right? ;D) Corny joke aside,don't kill me over the fact that the cake barely looks like a cake...and that Perry's background...ugh whatever.
Anyway, this is for #DOOFALICIOUS 's first birthday!
