Description
Stuff to make an Ultra Sonic Sprite.
First, find a Sonic Sprite to use.
Second, copy two the Ultra Rings, one go above the Sprite and one go below.
Third, erase some of the ultra ring in the first layer so it won't block Sonic's Sprite.
Forth, add some fancy effects on the Ultra ring, and done.
