I almost forget my written pieces, I produce them few and far in between and generally reflect emotions that threaten to overcome me and are excessive for lack of opportunity to express them until they grow and grow. I'm thinking of writing a chronicle of a kind. I write erotic short stories which are ok though imo they need improvement. I'd like to start an ongoing tale and write a bit every week about the heroine's adventure. Naturally being a Dark art fan and loving vampire stories and the supernatural it will show. Hopefully you like it as much as the prose. Thank you for the appreciation, I almost thought it wasn't worth a second glance

I'm a huge fan of poetry and prose. I simply cannot write myself. When I sit down at the word processor or even a blank piece of paper my mind just goes blank. Perhaps if I sat down and wrote when I had intense emotions like you have done, I may actually get something down.

Try it! You might be surprised and although its not meant to be stylish or structured when you do it to express what can't be said out loud. If you reserve judgment it gives insight to our true feelings if nothing else. I know my prose wasn't written to delight or please anybody in particular but in sharing those pieces it finds an echo and the realization that we are not alone

I find that its not the intensity of our feelings that hurt. Its bottling it up and not acknowledging them and the judgment where the pain comes from. Unfortunately opportunities sometimes are not within our reach to express what would be socially unacceptable, so writing without holding back is a valid form of expression I find. You're very welcome, always glad to exchange views
