Chara's creepy in this specifically because that model has way, way too detailed teeth. It's out-of-place.

This is really cool, how did you get the static distortion in there? I haven't played undertale yet but I heard a little characters- anyway, I love how it seems innocent at first but becomes dark and creepy.

There are 7 frames in this. The static effect frames only appear for a fraction of a second making. I jumbled the colors to look like static in that quick frame ^^ I totally recommend it, there is no game that compares to it's gripping story.
