Well, clearly, Derpy has been spending time with Pinkie Pie and/or Discord. Thought it was kinda obvious as every time she appears, she steals the show.

What a great idea and a very Derpy way to solve things
I especially like kow you did Derpy's face in panel 2, because the big eyes and the way you placed the reflection of the rings in her eyes
add a lot to her expression. I also think it's good, that you drew her mane and leg over the border of the panel,
which makes for a good transition between the second and the third panel.
And of course, there's Rainbow Dash's priceless face in the second last panel
I'm not sure if this was done on purpose, since it's the process of seperation and all,
but in panel 4 Derpy's hind legs are missing and there is a grey outline traced over her belly.
Overall you did a good job though

I love the concept and art, but the nitpicker in me points out that the circles have been turned around in the fifth panel (purple now facing towards rather than away from the camera)

I took the rotation into account. Β Draw it out for yourself if you don't believe me, using the reflection in her eyes as a base -- purple is on her left in panel 2 and her right in panel 5.

They look fine to me. The purple is always towards the camera. Are you sure you're not seeing the optical illusion?

The second and third panel show a reflection of what Derpy sees and what she actually sees, respectively. Purple is on her left; since she is traveling to the right, it should be further from the camera. However, in the fifth frame, we see the purple segment is between Derpy and our point of view.
