Hey, really nice artwork!
One thing though: Centaurs wouldn't have a pelvic bone on the human torso.
If you stop for a moment and consider the anatomy of the skeletons of the two creatures, you'll realize that there just isn't room for a pelvis at that juncture.

You sculpt in setup form and after position the members with adjustments or you sculpt it already posing?Β

Thank you MiuraEri I sculpt about 75% in mirrored bindpose, and the last 25% fixing anatomy and adding details after it's posed.

khalidsalahuddin, I did all of the sculpting in ZBrush, and rendered the model in 3ds Max with VRay
