A request made by XpIf you don't want to get spoiled, don't read the following:
Red Heart is the younger son of Ruby Scales and Boltblood. He is the first pony-lamia hybrid and he can use hypnosis even if, he doesn't have the full power of a normal lamia.
Yep, I'm not adding too much details because he is not my character XD
