Who is the white symbiote that is accompanying Venom and Carnage?

thats anti-venom, he's appeared a couple of years ago in Spider-Man. Romita jr came up with the design.

I have heard of many variations of the symbiote which originated from Venom. But never before have I heard of one entitled Anti-Venom.
