Thats Anti-Venom. He just made his appearance in the new Amazing Spiderman comic. Cool looking character, but they haven't said if he's firend or foe yet I guess.

it will be interesting to see what they do with him. Somebody told me that he's going after the other Venoms type symbiotes running around. I don't know if thats true or not, but maybe this is Marvel's attempt on cleaning house with all the symbiotes they have running around?

Seems that he(Anti-venom) is an anti-heroes rather than a good party member.

I can see it as a Aquateen Hungerforce thing. Anti-Venom would be in the Frylock role, Venom would be meatwad, and Carnage would be Shake
mix that with Peter as Carl you got a show
