I think so. I think the episode was Max and PJ trying to order burgers from this one place that was a hot spot for high school kids or something, and this one big bully who was like the "king" of the place kept throwing them out. Then Max's cousin Debbie comes to town, the bully falls in love with her, and the rest of the episode is Max getting revenge by trying to humiliate the bully while hiding it as advice on how to win Debbie's heart.
