Danny Phantom needed at least another season to tie up the loose ends better.

That's because his style didn't really apply itself to a superhero played straight like Danny Phantom. Works fine for a parody like the Crimson Chin, but this show kinda shot itself in the foot by sticking to Butch's vision as closely as it did.
I have a whole rant about it, but I'd give it in a PM if you really wanted to hear it.

I ,like many fans of this character no doubt, have our own theories about how Ember died so young. My idea is she was one of the forgotten stars of the 90's alternative/hard-rock boom, who succumbed to addiction just when she was on the brink of a big breakthrough. Discarded and forgotten by the media, she swore from beyond the grave to never be forgotten again.

It Was Reviled That She Was A Lonely Girl Who Loved Music. One Day One Of The Kool Kids Asked Her Out On A Date But Stood Her Up. Since She Was Wait'in There For Him For Hours She Was So Tired And Sad That She Went Home And Cried Herself Into A Such A Deep Sleep That When Her House Was Burnt Down (I Forget From What But You Can Look Up The Whole Thing On The DP Wikia) She Died Without Even Knowing It Happened (Hence Her Being A Fire Ghost). So Ya No Stardom Until Long After She Died.XD
