Every episode these heroes I love act like complete and utter shitheads. Every episode my heart breaks a little more.
Say what you will about the PPG reboot, their characters are still intact. Blossom's still commander and the leader, Bubbles is the joy and the laughter, and Buttercup is the toughest fighter.

No from what I've heard and seen the girls lack any of their charm and come off as either stupid, annoying, or just downright unlikable. Characterization is not a strong thing in PPGR at ALL. And for a show that is trying to be as good/just like the original, that's unforgivable.

I gotta say, your redesigns and rewrites of the character make her seem like she'd make a decent stepmother character for the Powerpuff Girls. It's a hell of a lot more than I can say for what we got.

I love the design of the first, would had really been special to see a cold woman reveal herself to be desperate for help and love as you showed in the sketches in the video.

I would alter the second one's head to be actually oval though. I don't recall Gendy or Craig drawing head shapes like that.

So much better than the crap we got. I actually used this just the other day in an email where I nerd-raged over the shittiness of the new show and how this one was posted on /co/ as an example of fans coming up with better character designs.

Believe me man, I've been raging on this show for months. People said I was just being petty and hated it cause it was 'different'. Then the show actually aired and people came to me and apologized and said I was right. Sort of a hollow victory there.
