Last May I was fortunate enough to make my first visit out to the Pacific Northwest. Bandon made the list of places to hit and it most certainly did not disappoint. It is a truly stunning location as anybody who has been there can attest to. As is the case with many of the iconic locations in Oregon, coming away with something original is challenging to say the least and I'm certainly not claiming to have done that here. This is my interpretation from a glorious evening with spectacular light. Interestingly, my favorite detail of this image is those little jellyfish~) Special thanks to Addam Soule for carrying my gear as I hobbled along the beach on crutches due to an injury I sustained from a less than graceful 'smooth move' a few days prior. been awhile since i took a look at this one..even better than i remember and i remember it being spectacular! so glad the NW gave you/us some good displays, will carry extra gear anytime if it means coming out with stunners like this
