I tried a new drawing process with this one - by painting directly on the coloured sketch instead of my usual sketch then clean line then cel shade. I was trying to loosen my brain up a little bit because it feels like mashed-up old Jello after work.

I was a literal toddler when people dressed like this, but I'll always remember the cool young adults wearing those baggy cargo pants, middle-part hair and chokers! In fact, it kind of reminds me of how my Sims 2 university students dress - very "of its time" and immortalized in a sense.

Nate has done the unthinkable - he just used a "when I was young" in conversation. That's a realization that he isn't so young anymore, despite how much "For Men" moisturizer he uses per day. No matter, we can fix it for him!
