EDIT: Apparently, this little guy's design is too close to Lexy the Eevee. I changed some things around. I hope it's okay now. Here's the first design.

That aside, this guy may or may not be a PMDE character. Might be an NPC, I dunno. There are way too many Eevees but...whatever.

Oh, oh, guess what team~ XD I may or may not doodle something for you if you get it right. Oh hey, yeah, maybe you guys could suggest a name too. That would be cool. Nevermind. I thought of something. It's Arrow. I'm not sure if you guys can guess why, but if you can, whoa, I'll draw you something epic. Hint: He's named after a real person.

Adventure loving, likes to explore, full of energy, dreams to travel everywhere, doesn't plan ahead, book smarts, quite gullible, good with money, hates being constrained, gets thrilled at the concept of battle but is not very experienced at it, very picky with food, hates not having money, likes math and science, wants to experience many things, childish but has moments of maturity, hates accessories since they constrain his movements, likes to dance but is bad at it, hmm...I think that's enough to get a basic idea about him, yeah?

(and he'll evolve into a Sylveon. XD...just kidding)
