OK, finally got around to see Cube 2 - hypercube the other day... Cube (1) is still the best thoughAnyway, since i hade made that original-cube [link] ... I thought i should make the new one as well...
Missing details: The tesseract-holograms/images in the squares on the walls, and bolts... just forgot to make them

The reason that Jerry (or Gerry) kept ending up in the same 3 rooms for hours is because that area was affected by SCP-970. I know that's not the real answer, but it's a theory based on the new SCP Containment Breach update that just came out.

This movie had so much mindfuckery, especially at the end. I like the first one better but I think this is a pretty cool rendition of one of the rooms from hypercube.

Impressive likeness, and very well-rendered. Thank you for not trying to stick a character in there though. That movie started out with so much promise and then degenerated into a B horror movie like the Crooked House collapsing into the 4th dimension.

This is really cool, but I agree with you, the first one's better. I thought both of the movies were about equal in quality, and I'm kind of curious to see where they take the series, since the second one left it wide open for a sequel, although I don't know what the hell kind of cube they'd make next...

I've seen them both, and aye the first one was better (especially in terms of character development). But damn, this is a nice likeness... and I like the distortion so you can see five sides at once. Like being inside the wall... creepy.
